IPA is continually committed to increasing the awareness and use of probiotics by healthcare professionals and patients. IPA offers healthcare professionals the opportunity to network with peers, be a part of a mentor/mentee network as well as information services to keep them informed about probiotic issues and to provide easy access to IPA’s educational tools and publications designed specifically for health professionals.   Every 2 years IPA brings together health professionals, researchers, scientists, educators; representatives of food companies, pharmaceutical companies, food associations, and other businesses and professions who have an interest in the area of Probiotics. The bi-annual Congress is established to: Review “hot topics” of probiotics and related industries. Highlight current and upcoming health trends. Discuss current research results and future implications. Provide networking opportunities to promote the use and awareness of probiotics worldwide.
